I am an educator and a trained learning scientist.

As an educator, I have worked in both school-based and informal learning settings in China and internationally. I taught as a classroom teacher, designing and delivering inquiry-driven, project-based learning programs. In addition to teaching, I have taken on leadership roles in STEM education initiatives, where I built internal teams, established partnerships with diverse stakeholders, coordinated communication across educators, partners, and organizational leaders, facilitated multi-stakeholder collaboration, and advised program design and implementation.

As a learning scientist, my research is interdisciplinary, spanning the learning sciences and sustainability studies. I have conducted research on youth learning around sustainability, multistakeholder collaboration and knowledge co-creation for sustainability transitions, and community infrastructuring in response to environmental and climatic impacts. My studies aim to generate actionable insights that inform both practice and policy.
